Beginning as a network systems administrator at Terumo Medical Corporation in 2005, Ben Muzzio installed and maintained high-performing LAN/WAN infrastructures, data communication networks, and servers. From 2006 to 2013, Ben Muzzio worked as a Nimsoft engineer at Computer Associates. He became a leading expert in Nimsoft Software, traveling extensively across the US, Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore to implement solutions and train users.

Afterward, Mr. Muzzio moved to Affinity Inc., where he worked as a managing consultant for seven years. He advised businesses on IT strategy and infrastructure optimization. He also oversaw the planning and execution of technology projects and trained employees on the use of various software applications.

Mr. Muzzio studied network systems technology at Pasco Hernando Community College. His hobbies include reading nonfiction books, theatre, and watching sports, including the NFL and NHL.
